The successful applicant will install, maintain, and repair a wide range of beverage-dispensing and coffee equipment, including fountain systems, espresso machines, brewers, grinders, blenders, and water filtration units. This role involves working independently or in small teams, providing excellent customer service, and communicating professionally with clients and contractors. Responsibilities include conducting calibrations, programming, and performance checks, as well as working with general contractors and facility staff for setup and user training.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a beverage equipment technician, coffee machine technician, or similar position. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general mechanical troubleshooting. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Must hold a valid Bermuda Driver’s Licence for Intermediate class. Clean police clearance certificate required. Pre-employment drug testing may be administered.
