Requirements
Applicants must have: • 3 years senior management experience in a full-service luxury style multi bar resort environment • Extensive wine and beverage background, utilizing various trends and elevated service styles • Strong floor presence • Proven track record of P&L budget management • Strong background in staff training to achieve and maintain desired service levels • Ability to work flexible hours (split shifts, public holiday, weekends) • Proficiency in computer skills in all applications in Microsoft Office • Proficiency in a restaurant P.O.S system, preferably Micros • Proficiency of food and beverage cost controls • Knowledge of wines and wine service • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be able to do heavy lifting and be in good general and physical health • Desirable: experience with Open Table booking systemSalary
