On behalf of our client, Beluga Bar, they are seeking a full-time sushi chef with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a very busy full-service restaurant. The applicant must work a minimum of six nights per week including split shifts and weekends. Must have strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Must be able to work at least 45 hours per week on alternating shifts and must be in excellent physical condition. The successful applicant will be required to assist the head chef daily with their food prep. Providing friendly, professional and courteous service in line with the company's policy is a MUST.
