Our Client, NomNom! Brands LTD. (the parent company of Bermuda Pie Ltd., The Backyard Ltd. and Uncle Brotty’s Ltd.) a take-out, wholesale and catering group of businesses, is looking for: CHEFS DE PARTIE. The successful candidates must have 3 years’ experience in a similar position and the ability to handle all aspects of a busy kitchen are essential. The candidates will be expected to assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. All post holders will be expected to have worked under extreme pressure, must be self-motivated, and operate in their respective areas, to the highest standard. They must be dependable and trustworthy, with an excellent work ethic. Fluent verbal and written English skills also required. This is a 7-day operation and therefore flexibility and ability to work 6-day shifts (between 6am and 2am), weekends and public holidays are required for all positions; overtime may be required based on the business needs.
