Seeking Baker/Pastry Chef(s). Successful applicant(s) must have at least 5 years' work experience. Must be qualified in the production of assortments of breads and pastries with proven ability in the decoration of all types of cakes including wedding and birthday cakes. Specializing in Azorean/Portuguese cuisine/pastries and breads are preferred. This position requires those who can work early mornings, shift work, weekends and Public Holidays.
