We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to company standards Communicate clearly with chefs and kitchen staff regarding orders Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations at all times Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and blenders daily Stock café supplies including cups, lids, and other disposables Assist with inventory control and stock-taking Prepare food items such as pastries, muffins, cookies, and baked goods Report equipment maintenance needs promptly Support other café and retail outlet duties as required Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Gather customer feedback and share suggestions with management Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista Barista certification preferred Proven experience with espresso machines and brewing equipment Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Working Conditions: Standing for extended periods Handling hot equipment and beverages Fast-paced café environment

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista Barista certification preferred Proven experience with espresso machines and brewing equipment Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
