The Head of School is accountable to the Board of Trustees and has overall responsibility for the leadership of the school, both academic and administrative. Passionate about girls' education, the Head will bring at least ten years' experience in senior roles within a high-performing independent or international school. They will be a strategic, forward-thinking leader with experience of managing change in a diverse environment, alongside exposure to strategic planning and fundraising. Above all, the Head of School will be a person of exceptional integrity and character, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

At least ten years' experience in senior roles within a high-performing independent or international school. Bachelor of Education or PGCE required; master's degree or other advanced training preferred. Familiarity with more than one internationally recognised curriculum (e.g. British curriculum or International Baccalaureate). Recent criminal check and complete SCARS training required. Seeking Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians, PRC holders or naturalised citizens in the first instance.
