We are seeking a professional Line Cook to prepare food according to the precise specifications of our Head Chef and set up stations for the menu. The responsibilities of the Line Cook will include assisting the Head Chef with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our customer satisfaction and supporting our acquisition goals. Position involves shift work, including weekends, some late nights, and public holidays. Only honest and reliable persons need apply with a proven track record.

Requirements

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Familiar with industry’s best practices.
