Requirements
Golf Operations leadership role at a Premium Golf facility with a minimum of 5 years of serving as the head of a golf operations department, preferably at a private club and ideally with multi-course experience. A strong, energetic and passionate leader with a proven track record of providing a member experience consistent with a premium level Private Members Club. Proven ability to manage and build a high-performance team. Strong knowledge of golf industry technology (e.g., tee sheet systems, POS, GHIN & Golf Genius). Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.Salary
