Head Chef

This role oversees daily kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The successful incumbent will lead the team with efficiency, creativity, and consistency, while contributing to the culinary vision and growth of the newly established restaurant. A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent qualification is desired. A minimum of 8 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a kitchen leadership role required. Must have strong working knowledge of Asian Fusion cuisine. Proven ability to foster collaboration, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment. Must be willing to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
