Our café is not just about great coffee — it’s about crafting an experience that feels beautiful, uplifting, and intentional. We are looking for a Floral Barista — a creative professional who can prepare excellent coffee beverages while incorporating botanical inspiration into drinks, café presentation, and guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee culture, floral artistry, and customer service. Responsibilities include crafting espresso drinks, experimenting with floral-inspired recipes, collaborating with the floral team, maintaining café cleanliness, and delivering friendly service that reflects the Exclusive Lifestyle brand.

Requirements

Previous barista/café experience of 2-3 years, passion for coffee and creative presentation, flair for aesthetics (latte art, floral garnishes), strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and eagerness to learn. Interest in florals, design, or hospitality is a bonus.
