Sous Chef

This role supports the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity in every dish, contributing to the smooth running and continued growth of the newly established restaurant Minimum Qualifications and Experience • A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent qualification is desired. • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a kitchen leadership role required. • Must have strong working knowledge of Asian Fusion cuisine. • Proven ability to foster collaboration, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment. • Must be willing to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
