Director Of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management (DRM) reports to the Regional Vice President and General Manager and is responsible for leading the hotel Commercial Strategy team in determining strategic vision. As a member of the Executive Committee, this position is integral to the resort's overall strategic and financial success. The DRM sets goals, implements tactical initiatives, and drives revenue optimization across all key revenue streams while supporting the hotel's brand positioning and image. The DRM provides analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee, Accor corporate teams, and ownership. This role ensures inventory allocation, channel management, and pricing strategies are positioned to maximize profitability. The DRM directly manages an Assistant Director of Revenue Management and a Revenue & Reservations Manager, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and commercial excellence.
