TABS Bermuda is seeking an experienced retail manager to oversee the commercial performance and day-to-day operations of our Bermuda stores. This is a hands-on role for a confident manager who thrives on the shop floor, drives sales personally, and leads teams to deliver strong results. Reporting directly to the Founder, the successful candidate will be responsible for sales performance, operational discipline, and profitability. Responsibilities: • Lead all TABS Bermuda retail stores with responsibility for in-store performance • Set and deliver sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals • Ensure store-related operational and supplier payments are managed accurately and on time Support product launches, promotions, and events, including evenings and weekends as required

Requirements

8-10+ years' experience in retail management, store leadership, or senior retail operations • Proven responsibility for store sales and team performance • Experience within a premium or lifestyle retail brand preferred • Strong track record of achieving sales targets • The ability to lead by example and actively sell Flexibility to work Saturdays and peak retail periods is required.
