Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus. Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, portfolio management, business analysis, or project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of client-facing technology platforms, digital banking solutions, and financial products/services. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated experience in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans. Strong proficiency with structured project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Workfront). Experience working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs and preferences of diverse client bases.Salary
