Our client, Efficiency Ltd. is seeking a Senior HVAC Installer/Technician to join their team. Efficiency Ltd. is the authorized distributor for MITSUBISHI mini-split systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) DX systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) chilled water systems. Responsibilities include installing and commissioning heating, air conditioning, and VRF systems on residential and commercial projects, reading blueprints, leading installation teams, and coordinating with project managers.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience installing heating, air conditioning, and VRF systems. Proven experience on small residential and large commercial projects. Ability to read and work from plans, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor apprentices. Valid Bermuda driver’s license. Reliable, professional, and strong work ethic. Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards and PPE use.
