KEMS BDA is seeking diverse roles including Chefs/Chefs de Partie with experience in Trinidadian and Jamaican cuisine, Kitchen Porters/Assistants responsible for cleaning and maintenance, and Part Time/On Call Cashiers for customer service. Successful applicants will assist with all aspects of the business including prepping, cooking, cleaning, taking orders, and serving customers. All applicants must be adaptable, fit, hardworking, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Role requires availability for early mornings, late nights, split shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 2 years in a similar position required for Chefs. Experience with Trinidadian (curries, rotis, doubles) and/or Jamaican cuisine. Must have own transportation. Able to work early mornings, late nights, split shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to understand and speak English. Physically fit for demanding tasks.
