Requirements
This job requires EXPERIENCE as a restaurant server, or barista counter server. You are required to quickly and efficiently serve constant guests flows, and must be fully competent on all specialty coffee and smoothie making and have a solid grounding in all recipes. This is a high volume position; you must have experience and basic knowledge on espresso machine operation, specialty coffee knowledge including varietal bean profile, basic grinder and espresso machine repair and maintenance, as well as broad knowledge of specialty coffee making.Salary
