The Senior Business Change Analyst supports the delivery of cross-domain capabilities within the Underwriting & Portfolio area, including workflow, automation, data, Al, and broader technology innovation. Operating at the area level, this role bridges between the domain and value-stream teams and the enterprise enablement functions, ensuring these cross-cutting capabilities are designed and implemented in a way that supports business priorities. The analyst will work closely with domain and value-stream leaders, collaborating on how best to apply and integrate these capabilities, and helping to deliver the supporting frameworks and practical implementations that make them real. This role plays a key part in tuming innovative ideas into usable solutions that advance how we work across the area. Principal Accountabilities: Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Partner with domain and value-stream leaders to identify opportunities where cross-domain capabilities - such as workflow, automation, data, and Al - can enhance delivery of business priorities. Represent the Underwriting & Portfolio area in collaboration with the Technology Transformation Enablement group, particularly the Innovation Enablement team, to connect business needs with enabling technologies. Build strong working relationships across domains to ensure that frameworks and tools developed at the area level are practical, consistent, and add value to individual workstreams. Communicate progress, lessons leamed, and insights to ensure alignment across the area and with enterprise initiatives. Framework & Capability Development Contribute to the design and delivery of cross-domain frameworks (for example, intelligent workflow or data/Al integration pattems) that support multiple domains. suppon Assist in translating business requirements into reusable, capability-centric solutions that can be implemented within specific value streams. Provide input on how emerging technologies and automation tools can be applied to business processes to drive efficiency and quality. Analysis, Business Solution Design & Delivery Collaborate with domain and value-stream teams to apply area-level frameworks within their specific delivery contexts. Support readiness and adoption activities, ensuring that new capabilities are embedded effectively and that lessons leamed are captured for future improvements. Track progress and measure impact of cross-domain initiatives, focusing on practical outcomes and user adoption rather than ownership of delivery. Help identify interdependencies across workstreams and ensure that shared capabilities remain aligned. Innovation Work with the Innovation Enablement team to identify, test, and scale new technologies that strengthen the area's digital and data capabilities. Promote innovation through practical experimentation and solutioning, linking emerging tools to clear business outcomes. Share best practices, contribute to playbooks and guidelines, and help evolve the organization's approach to intelligent workflow, automation, and innovation adoption.

Requirements

A University degree, emphasis on technical/business preferred. Additional (re)insurance and/or project management qualifications (i.e. ARe, CPCU, PMP) would be beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience, including 1 year of hands-on experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise-level agentic Al workflow solutions and at least 1 year of practical experience with software and data technologies. Demonstrated experience contributing to multi-disciplinary digital transformation initiatives, including legacy-system assessments, modemization planning, and technology-enabled process redesign. Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging and solution recommendations to different audiences. Strong ability to operate across both business and technology contexts; understands how to frame business problems and shape workable solutions. Strong communication skills with a history of cross-business unit or business unit/functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across work teams. Effective presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in for ideas/solutions. Strong background in change management and a history of supporting the delivery of large and/or complex change projects.
