Apple Technical Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a qualified expert in troubleshooting and repair of all Apple products. This will include but not be limited to; analyzing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices and accessories, addressing operating issues and their peripherals, installing, configuring and fixing mac OS/iOS, as well as interacting with users to address queries and issues related to hardware/software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain customer trust throughout the transaction is essential. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Apple service role; be a Apple Certified iOS Technician and/or ACMT Certified. Strong people skills and a knack for quick problem diagnosis are essential along with a proven ability to solve technical issues on Apple products. Excellent time management skills are required along with the ability to work weekends as needed.
