Requirements
• Professional accounting designation (CA/CPA/ACA or equivalent). • 9+ years’ of relevant experience in a comparable role within life insurance. • Current expert knowledge of IFRS, specifically IFRS 17 and 9 in relation to annuity reinsurance and regulatory accounting requirements for group and IFRS reporting. • Knowledge of BMA regulatory requirements in relation to life insurance. • Track record of delivering high‑quality reporting to tight deadlines; commercially aware and pragmatic. • Track record of preparing and presenting papers to boards. • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management, including external audit relationships. • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment; balanced decision‑maker who sees initiatives through. • Desired: Prior BMA regulatory reporting exposure; tools such as Oracle/Hubble, OneStream, experience writing system requirements.Salary
