Supervisor: Wall & Floor Tiler/installers

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead a team of wall and floor tilers/installers. Experience working in high-end or luxury commercial construction projects, with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure top-quality workmanship. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate tiling teams on-site Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks Ensure all tiling work meets quality, safety, and project specifications Inspect completed work for precision and finish • Order and manage materials efficiently • Train and mentor tilers to maintain high standards Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years' proven experience working with wall, floor and counter-top tile, including all natural stones and tile, granite, marble and glass tiles • Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials and tools • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience • Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Ability to work as part of a team • Be willing to work extended hours as needed

Requirements
