Hardscaping Crew/masons

The successful candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years' proven experience and have the skills, knowledge, and attitude to take on complex custom hardscaping projects, construction of residential homes and outdoor structures. Will be part of construction team for residential homes and installation of hardscaping such as paving, tiling, driveways, patios, retaining walls, concrete work, swimming pools, water features and outdoor kitchen, fencing and much more. Therefore, a sound knowledge of bricks, tiles & pavers, concrete, stonework, plastering, blocks, reinforcement concrete, formwork, rebar work in addition to experience with blueprints are required. Candidates must be willing and able to adhere to the following standards of service and additional requirements: Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing landscaping activities to maintain a safe working environment. Quality Assurance: Work diligently to deliver high-quality landscaping results that align with the company's standards and exceed customer expectations. Fitness: Maintain a good level of physical fitness and have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Job Performance: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results on every project is expected. Must also be punctual, reliable and have the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Team Player: Able to work well in a team environment and take direction from the project manager and senior team members.
