Handyman / Skilled Tradesman

Deadline: 3 weeks

Job Type: Contract

Experienced and versatile handyman with strong skills in masonry, carpentry, drywall installation/repair, and minor construction projects, Landscaping. Adept at handling a wide range of repair, maintenance, and building tasks with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Reliable and safety-focused, with a proven ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. Holds a valid heavy truck driver’s license, enabling the safe operation and transport of tools, equipment, and materials to job sites. Key Duties and Responsibilities include property management skills, painting, landscaping, and construction.

Requirements

Skilled professional with the ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying conditions. Strong ability to follow instructions and complete tasks and duties in a timely manner. Punctual, reliable, and efficient with a strong work ethic. Respectful, professional, and able to work well with clients, supervisors, and team members. Good communication skills with the ability to understand and relay information clearly.
