We require Top Grade Masons, Top Grade Carpenters and Form Workers for our current projects. Top Grade Mason applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of a wide range of skills including block laying, plastering and the placement and finishing of concrete, all to a high level of finish. Applicants need to show that they can perform block laying and plastering to industry recognized daily output. The ability to lead a small crew and read construction drawings would be an advantage. Top Grade Carpenter applicants should be able to demonstrate experience with a wide range of construction methods, including traditional built formwork and system formwork (suspended slab formwork and wall formwork including shaft walls). The ability to lead a small crew and read construction drawings would be an advantage. Form Worker applicants should be able to demonstrate experience working with a wide range of commercial formwork systems and custom hand-built forms. The successful applicants will be self-motivated, will be good timekeepers and will have a flexible approach to work, including assisting with demolition, cleaning and unloading. We require individuals with a professional attitude towards health and safety and site tidiness, with a willingness to work additional hours as the project demands. They will have a proven track record working to demanding time schedules and will have at least five years' experience.
