Drywall Framer Skimmer & Finisher, Full-time Cleaners

On behalf of our client, we are seeking applications for the following roles of Full-time Drywall Framer Skimmer & Finisher. We are seeking a detail-oriented drywall finisher to join our team. Duties include sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls and ceiling to create surfaces that are suitable for final treatment. The successful applicant must have five years' experience in all aspects of drywall finishing and a high school diploma or GED. Ultimately, an excellent drywall finisher will utilize sound techniques to produce high-quality drywall finishes on time. All applicants are required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet the client commitments. Full-Time Cleaners: Successful applicants must possess at least three years' experience in all aspects of Commercial Cleaning and Residential Cleaning, including commercial kitchen and domestic house cleaning. This position requires long hours (evenings, weekends and possibly public holidays), bending, lifting, and moving equipment. A valid Bermuda drivers license, and reliable personal transportation is required to transport cleaning supplies and equipment to scheduled job sites. Persons without a valid Bermuda license will be required to obtain one within the first three months of employment. We are a drug-free workplace and reserve the right to perform pre-employment drug test, random drug tests and criminal record checks.
