We are seeking Finish Carpenters who must have knowledge of all aspects of fiinish carpentry and be skilled at top grade level, including stripping and re-varnishing, installing of cabinets, millwork, doors, windows, and custom moldings, railling and stairs and other miscellaneous trim. Must be able to execute work on own initiative. Must have at least 5 years' experience, working in high-end or luxury construction projects is essential. Applicants for the position must be reliable, punctual, willing to work weekends and evening as the project demands. Also, must be honest, team players, and physically capable, as this is a labour intensive position. We are seeking Skilled Masons who must have knowledge of all aspects of masonry work and be skilled at top grade level. Must be able to use all masonry tools (edgers, all trowels, site level, joint fillers, stone tools etc.), plaster, form and finish works. Must be able to execute work on own initiative. Must have at least 5 years' experience, working in high-end or luxury construction projects is essential. Applicants for the position must be reliable, punctual, willing to work weekends and evening as the project demands. Also, must be honest, team players, and physically capable, as this is a labour intensive position. We are seeking Abatement Workers to be responsible for safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold, and other hazardous materials). Operate specialized equipment in compliance with safety standards, use hand and power tools to remove contaminated materials and clean and decontaminate job sites and set up and contain work areas following OSHA guidelines. Must wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols and company procedures. Previous abatement experience preferred but not required. We are seeking experienced Plumbers with pipe fitting and HVAC experience with at least 5 years experience, working in high-end or luxury construction projects. Proven ability work on lay out, fabrication, assembly, installation, maintenance and repairs of pipes, fittings, fixtures of heating/water/drainage systems, piping, piping systems, and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, and industrial processing systems according to specifications and codes. All aspects of plumbing are required and must be willing to work evenings and weekends. We are seeking Duct Fabricators with a minimum of 5 years' field experience in hospitality, high-end luxury construction projects; be able to work under pressure, with the ability to read blueprint drawings, layout, fabricate and erect ductwork. Ability to demonstrate relevant practical experience and have the ability to work as a team member and one who takes pride in producing the highest quality workmanship. Should be capable of working without supervision on all aspects of an installation project. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. These roles also involve maintaining a safe and organized workspace, meeting strict tolerances and quality standards, and following project schedules. Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
