Working Foremen

Responsibilities will include overseeing small works or construction element of larger projects, including leading a crew on self-performed work. Will supervise our own labour and monitor progress of subcontract labour. The successful applicant(s) will be self-motivated individuals, good timekeepers, will have a flexible approach to work and can work as part of a team. He/she will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years experience in a similar position and be able to work on their own initiative. The successful candidate(s) will likely have a trade background as a Top Grade Mason or Top Grade Carpenter. He/she must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the construction process. They must be able to read construction drawings, keep accurate time records, record changes, monitor the use of company tools and ensure the health and safety of fellow workmen and of visitors to the site.
