On-site Project Construction Specialist

The individual selected for this position will report directly to the Senior Hospitality Project Manager. Project Related Activities: Validate, confirm, process, organize and maintain project documents in accordance with defined procedures. Assist with monthly reports. Responsible for coordinating, maintaining and filing sign in sheets in Procore. Responsible for maintaining clear lines of communication with all PDSI personnel assigned to the project, including tracking and following through on critical path items and ownership items. Assist with obtaining decisions from the project team as needed to carry out tasks in a timely manner. Support the coordination with operations, general contractors, and other site personnel. Assist as needed with supply order management. Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills: Bachelor's Degree or other formal training/education Must have experience in the construction or hospitality industry Proficient in Procore and MS Office Excellent organizational skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and initiative Able to work on-site in Bermuda and support a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment Westend Properties Limited adheres to a policy of a drug-free work environment and reserves the right to perform pre-employment criminal background checks and random drug tests.
