Hardscape / Maintenance Supervisor

The successful candidate must have at least 7 years of progressive experience in the horticultural/hardscape/landscaping industry and considered top grade in all aspects of hardscape landscape installs, to include, but not limited to the ability to construct walls, patios and pathways: installing wood, stone, segmental blocks for garden pools and flower beds based on landscape plans. Knowledge of operating all landscaping tools, material and equipment used in the trade. In addition, the candidate will provide maintenance services and be responsible for daily organization of job schedules and tools needed for the completion of daily tasks; supervision and scheduling of crew and liaison with customers to insure satisfaction. Must be reliable, trustworthy and a good timekeeper and willing to work weekends and public holidays to meet deadlines; Must comply with a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol abuse.
