Orange Bay Company is seeking a Store Manager. Orange Bay Company is Bermuda's destination for quality consignment and curated finds. We connect great pieces with new homes and design in-store experiences that keep customers coming back. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Orange Bay Company, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. The Manager will maintain accountability for staff coordination, operational excellence, supply management, customer service resolution, and support the company's financial and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities • Staff Management & Operations Oversight • Customer Service • Financial Management • Supply and Inventory Management • Communications and Reporting Qualifications • At least 3 years management experience in a retail environment • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent organizational and time management • Solid problem-solving and decision-making capability • High attention to detail and accountability • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor
