We are seeking to fill the following positions: Head Chef: The successful applicant must possess the following: Must have at least ten (10) years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie. Must have excellent presentation skills and be a team player. Must be able to remain calm and organized under pressure. Demi Chef de Partie: The successful applicant must possess the following: Must have at least two (2) years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or 1st Cook. Must have excellent presentation skills and be a team player. Must be able to remain calm and organized under pressure. All applicants must have a proven record of good integrity and excellent past employment references. All successful applicants must be able to work split shifts, including early mornings (5:00am start), late nights, weekends, and public holidays when required. All successful applicants must be willing to work at all locations and be available for 6 day work week. Bilingual is an asset. Bermuda Travel Concessions is a drug free/ smoke free workplace and employees may be subject to drug testing.
