Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient table service to our guests. You will ensure an exceptional dining experience by accurately taking and delivering orders, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a welcoming and professional service environment. This role plays a key part in creating memorable experiences and upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in an upscale or fine dining environment; Demonstrated knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage pairings is preferred; TIPs certified or willing to undergo TIPs and/or food sanitation and allergy training; Excellent track record of timekeeping, attendance, and reliability; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with long periods of standing; Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
