Senior Compliance Manager

The Senior Compliance Manager is responsible for the monitoring and ongoing improvement of the company’s compliance framework to assess the company’s adherence to applicable laws, regulations, treaties, and internal policies. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing compliance expertise to support strategic and operational objectives. The Senior Compliance Manager works closely with teams across the business to support operational effectiveness and foster a strong culture of compliance, reporting directly to the Chief Governance, Risk, and Compliance Officer.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or controls frameworks, preferably in (re)insurance or financial services. Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or International Compliance Association (ICA) is advantageous. Strong knowledge of Bermuda’s regulatory environment preferred. Demonstrated experience interacting with regulators, Boards, and senior executives.
