Finance Manager - Revenue Management

As part of our Bermuda Finance Team, this position is responsible for providing innovative solutions to improve the management, engagement in and performance of the revenue lifecycle, including partnership with the global finance team in developing best practice standards to improve office-wide working capital. Key Duties and Responsibilities include subject matter expert for working capital, oversight of cash collection, leading billing functions, collaborating cross functionally, managing E-billing function, overseeing client onboarding/offboarding, providing leadership across a team, and managing collections software.

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience, experience in leading and developing teams, understanding of working capital principles in a legal and/or professional services environment, strong client service/stakeholder management, innovative problem-solving skills, experience in a partnership/fee-earning environment, and familiarity with E-billing systems and procurement platforms.
