Senior Associate, Restructuring

Kroll Restructuring practice aims to provide effective solutions to its clients, including major banks, asset-based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, corporates, and individuals. Responsibilities include hands-on experience in forensic or insolvency engagements, understanding market issues for various restructuring propositions, and collaborating with senior management and external advisors. The candidate will develop skills in insolvency, restructuring and litigation support while working in a dynamic organization across various jurisdictions.

Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience in insolvency, restructuring or equivalent fields, with offshore experience as a distinct advantage. Bachelor degree or higher in finance, accounting or business administration. Currently studying or recently qualified chartered accountants or similar (e.g. CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA) with training from a big 4 or global B-tier firm. Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills, risk tolerance, and proficiency in Microsoft suite are essential.
