Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Draft and submit budget proposals (materials and man hours); track actual costs against budget and recommend subsequent budget changes when necessary. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Planning and defining scope, writing proposals, activity planning and sequencing, resource planning, working with clients, developing schedules, time estimating, cost estimating, developing budget documentation, monitoring and reporting progress, working with vendors and controlling quality.

Requirements

A minimum of 8-10 years experience in Project Management of Construction or Electrical Trade Experience. Excellent organizational, managerial and planning skills. Strong familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Excel and Word.
