OBMI Bermuda is seeking a Landscape Architect with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program and at least three years' professional experience in landscape architecture and/or landscape design within a professional practice environment. The successful candidate will have experience across core landscape design disciplines, including site analysis, grading, planting design, and hardscape design. Familiarity with Bermuda plant species, or experience in similar subtropical or coastal climates, is desirable. Knowledge of environmental and sustainable design principles will be considered an asset. This role requires flexibility, focus, and the ability to manage all phases of a project, from conceptual design through to construction administration, across a range of project scales and budgets. We are seeking a self-motivated, client-focused individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team. Strong attention to detail, a commitment to delivering high-quality work, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should be familiar with local Planning and Building regulations and demonstrate a proactive approach to staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency and project delivery. Proficiency in Revit/Environment and AutoCAD is required. Experience with presentation and rendering software such as Twinmotion, Enscape, and InDesign is expected, along with competency in the Microsoft and Adobe software suites. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Landscape Architect, supporting the continued growth of OBMI Bermuda's landscape practice, promoting the firm's values, and developing a long-term career pathway, including progression toward professional licensure.
