Reporting directly to the owner, the FOH Manager will have overall responsibility for the restaurant, patio and bar operations, including the training and overseeing of all front of house staff, managing the profitability of the Restaurant, ensuring operational focus and execution, assisting with statutory compliance for all staffing matters, driving sales through initiatives focusing on our target market and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful applicant must have proven prior experience managing a busy restaurant and bar, be able to work well in a small but busy team environment, and be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays as required. EXECUTIVE CHEF Reporting to the Owner, and working closely with the FOH Manager, the Executive Chef will have overall responsibility for the culinary direction of the restaurant including menu concepts and development, training and overseeing of all kitchen staff, implementing food purchasing, storage, preparation and service guidelines and standards to reduce wastage and spoilage, ensuring consistency with product and service, instituting requisite cleanliness standards, and implementing KPI's for yield management and overall food cost. The successful applicant must have proven prior experience running a busy kitchen, be able to work well in a small but busy team environment, and be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays as required. Pay for both positions will be based on experience and qualifications - and as part of the management team, performance incentives based on specific KPI's and profit-sharing will be part of your remuneration package. Additionally, accommodation may be provided.
