Efficiency Ltd. is looking for 3 experienced sheet metal mechanics with 5+ years experience to join our dynamic team. This opportunity will include work on residential, commercial and hospitality job sites. Experience with using a Kool Duct computerized system is a plus but training will be provided. Looking for people who can work independently and as part of a cohesive team. Must be available to work overtime and extended hours as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years recent experience in the sheet metal industry. An understanding of MEP and Architectural drawings and submittals. Ability to take direction. Must have excellent timekeeping and must be dependable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must have good communication skills with co-workers, senior management and other contractors on job sites. Will need to have their own hand tools to complete jobs. Must possess a valid driver's license or ability to obtain one. Must be available to work extended hours, weekends and/or public holidays if required to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Must have a clean criminal record. Pre-employment drug screening will apply.
