SJ Construction is seeking candidates for three key roles: Working Foreman/Site Superintendent, Top Grade Finish Carpenters/Craftpersons, and Heavy Equipment Operator. The Working Foreman will supervise ongoing construction projects and must be proficient in masonry and carpentry. Top Grade Finish Carpenters are expected to carry out projects in a shop and on-site. Heavy Equipment Operators will operate various machinery such as pay loaders, excavators, and forklifts. All roles require high levels of reliability and time management. All employees are subject to random drug testing.

Requirements

For Foreman: 10 years experience, project management skills, valid drivers license. For Carpenters: 5-10 years experience, ability to read shop drawings, own basic tools preferred. For Equipment Operator: 5-10 years experience with various heavy machinery. All roles require own transportation and willingness to work overtime/weekends as needed.
