TreeHouse Property Maintenance is seeking reliable and trustworthy individuals for a Mason position. The role involves all masonry work including laying block, plastering, stonework, brick laying, slating and formwork; making alterations and repairs to masonry structures and surfaces; pouring concrete and screeding. Duties also include operation and maintenance of trade tools and machinery.
Requirements
Must have 5 years of proven experience and be able to work independently. Knowledgeable and skilled in all masonry work. Experience in operation and daily maintenance of tools and machinery. Must have own transportation and valid driver's license (and ability and willingness to obtain intermediary truck license). Zero tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol use. References and background will be checked.
