On behalf of our client, Bermuda Longtail Construction & Maintenance Ltd. we are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Property Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs, inspections and preventative upkeep of various commercial and residential properties so that the properties are well-maintained and functional. This is a hands-on position. Must be able to respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner with the ability to prioritise issues that require a sense of urgency; monitor properties carefully and report any serious problems promptly to management. The position requires applicants to leave tools and work areas clean and in order. The successful applicant must be of integrity as this is a position of trust along with a willingness to work flexible hours as required, including weekends and Public Holidays. Background checks will be carried out.

Requirements

The successful applicant must have at least three (3) years of work experience in general maintenance areas including but not limited to masonry, minor carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing work. Must be of integrity and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and Public Holidays.
