We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Construction Superintendent to oversee subcontractor teams for construction and renovation projects in high-end hospitality or luxury hotel environments. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractor activities, review and approve work, and resolve on-site issues while maintaining clear communication with project managers. Key responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, enforcing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The candidate must have extensive experience working with stone slabs, ceramic and porcelain tile, rolled goods carpet, luxury vinyl tile and wood flooring. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience in construction or renovation, with a proven track record of managing subcontractors and motivating teams. A deep understanding of safety protocols, blueprint reading, and project documentation is required. Proficiency in project management software is beneficial, and fluency in Spanish is a plus. A proactive attitude and flexibility to handle project challenges are key to success in this role.
