Requirements
Must have at least 10 years of extensive expertise in a meat management or butchery role within a retail or wholesale environment; extensive knowledge of meat cutting techniques, processing and portion control; strong leadership and team management experience; proficiency in inventory management systems; excellent supplier negotiation skills; and with strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles and Bermuda health codes.Salary
