The Deposit Processing Officer is responsible for daily cash handling, balancing, reporting, and related administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. Key Duties and Responsibilities The Deposit Processing Officer is responsible for performing all cash related duties, inclusive of: • Counting and posting of cash transactions • Preparing and verifying cash and coin shipments • Accurate balancing of each day's work • Preparing reports and spreadsheets • Scanning, copying, printing, and other administrative functions related to cash related duties Minimum Qualifications and Experience • Must have successfully passed Mathematics and English Language at the high school level • Possess four (4) years of experience as a Senior Teller in a financial institution or six (6) years of experience as a cashier, OR • Possess a Diploma in Business Administration with two (2) years of experience as a Teller in a financial institution or three (3) years of experience as a cashier Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities • Proficiency in use of the Microsoft Suite, i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook • Demonstrated ability to complete high-volume data entry (keyboarding) with speed and precision • Ability to work flexible hours
