Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion. Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships. Review audit work and financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements. Manage, mentor, and develop audit managers, seniors, and junior staff. Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals. Ensure audits are delivered on time, within budget, and to Grant Thornton's quality standards. Liaise with regulators and other external stakeholders as required.

Requirements

Professionally qualified accountant (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent). Minimum of 10 years' external audit experience, with significant experience at Manager or Senior Manager level. London market and Lloyd's experience. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS for Life and P&C Insurance. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
