We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional makeup services, driving sales on-counter, and representing the Fenty Beauty brand with pride and expertise. This role is perfect for individuals with a deep understanding of the luxury beauty industry, particularly in makeup application and services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales: Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and makeup consultations. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, contributing to the development of sales strategies and training programs. Merchandising: Maintain and enhance merchandising displays to align with brand standards, ensuring a visually appealing customer experience. Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently embodying and promoting the brand's image and values. Stay informed about the latest product launches, industry trends, and market developments to provide customers with up-to-date information. Maintain brand communication with consumers via WA, social media. Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute on-counter sellout events that drive sales and elevate brand visibility. Ensure seamless event execution and post-event follow-up. QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Proven experience in the makeup industry, with a preference for those who have worked with luxury beauty brands. Previous experience in sales. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire customers and team members. Excellent organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute events effectively. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and translating insights into actionable strategies. CRM, WA, social media savvy. Attributes: Deep passion for the beauty industry, especially in makeup and skincare. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and brand presentation.
