Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator

Bermuda Skyport Corporation Limited ("Skyport"), the operators of the L.F. Wade International Airport and developers of its award-winning and state-of-the-art passenger terminal, is seeking an energetic Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position requires a dynamic professional who can manage the day-to-day responsibilities of an executive office, while also contributing to marketing initiatives and supporting the department's objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact between the President, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the President. Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Coordinate and organize board meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing minutes, and following up on action items. Record, transcribe, and distribute accurate minutes for various meetings, ensuring all key points, decisions, and action items are clearly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Handle inquiries and communications with professionalism, ensuring timely responses on behalf of the President. Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff for business or training-related trips. Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the President as required. Provide occasional administrative support to other members of the Executive Team. Marketing Coordination: Assist the Head of Brand Development and Communications in the execution of campaigns and initiatives, including social media management, event coordination, and promotional activities. Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and digital content. Assist with the coordination of internal and external events, Including logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site support. Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally with experience in marketing support. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detall. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, CMS, email marketing software). Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential Information. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is preferred. Experience in event planning or project management. Key Competencies: Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the President and the Head of Brand Development and Communications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
