Gibbons Company is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns while managing a team of marketers and collaborating across departments to align marketing efforts with business goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Manage the marketing calendar ensuring the daily marketing initiatives are met. • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment, performance, and professional growth. Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, SEO/SEM, and traditional channels (web, social media, print, radio, and in store signage) etc. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs; provide actionable insights to improve results. Collaborate with sales, products, and creative teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans and lead generation efforts. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact of spending. Drive brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Oversee content development including blog posts, white papers, case studies, email newsletters, and social media. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Ensure brand consistency is maintained Manage communication with external vendors and agencies (e.g., for PR, media buying, graphic design) as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution and measurable results. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy. Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.

Requirements
